Question: I live in Russia (or somewhere else), how long will it take for me to get my order?

Answer: We offer a few delivery options. In some places (including some of the Russian cities) there is a possibility of next day delivery. Choosing a delivery option that is right for you is easy! Simply get in touch with one of our managers and he will help you.

Question: I am a first time customer. What are the payment options?

Answer: We have a lot of payment options, pick one that is convenient for you. We accept PayPal, Credit

Question: Compared to the Chinese sellers your prices seem a bit high. I have seen the same components on eBay sold cheaper. Why should I buy from you?

Answer: Let us not even discuss that in 95% of the transactions you will end up losing time and money. Let`s talk just about the price itself. The price we quote is the the price suggested by the manufacturer. In China the selling price is dictated by the market conditions and that has nothing to do with the cost of the product. The same chip can cost peanuts today and be sold at three times its price in two months. You, yourself, have seen what happened to some inexpensive components – their price skyrocketed as the demand increased.

As we have said before this new inflated price has nothing to do with the original cost of the component.

Of course one can continue to buy in China and buy from us only during the times of shortages, but if you care about your reputation and your time you should always buy quality components from us! $5-10 difference is simply not worth the trouble!

Question: I have been buying from Chinese sellers for a long time and know whom to trust. They know me too. They have not cheated me yet, why should I buy from you?

Answer: You see, even you admit that Chinese sellers are known for fraud, yet somehow you think yourself to be immune from it. If until now you were getting quality components it is no guarantee that things will keep going this way. As long as the component you want is in plentiful supply all is well and good. The problems begin as soon as there is a deficit of a certain chip. Then you will get all that you really did not want to get. Want to play roulette? You'll get better odds at the casino!

Question: I am a wholesaler, I buy components in China and sell them to service senters. Do you have wholesale prices?
